Campus and Community Events is the clearinghouse for events at Saint Mary's College.  

Student Organizations:  please have your event approved in Org Sync before submitting a request for space.  Please contact Tena Johnson at 284-4562 for guidance. 

EMS (Event Management System) is the software used by Saint Mary’s College to manage campus events.  Campus agencies, including the Registrar, Building Services, Maintenance, Media Services, Security, Sodexo, Campus and Community Events, and Athletics use this system to manage service requests, reserve rooms, and maintain class schedules.
